Comment: Ginger was tasty, thin coating of chocolate tasted stale, with no discernable chocolate flavor. I'll stick with my usual source, L.A. Burdick.
By the way, when I complained to Ultimate, they indicated that perhaps their product was more appropriate for a more sophisticated palate! Not good customer relations...

Old fashioned tangy ginger.  Only the best Australian ginger is selected for our chocolate dipped crystallized ginger.  In February of each year along the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, the first ginger harvest begins.  The crop of delicate, five-month-old rhizomes is known as baby ginger - the pride of the Australian ginger industry.  At this stage, the ginger has developed the perfect flavor profile without forming appreciable fiber.  Dipping it in chocolate creates a delightful after dinner sweet
