I bought these for my wife on Easter instead of the traditional (and dare I say highly repetitive) chocolate box brand. First, the milk chocolate is obviously of higher quality and retains its creamy taste even if regrigerated. The fillings and cremes are superb. Comment: . . . don't buy Godiva, which is really a medium-quality chocolate in Belgium. Buy Leonidas instead, as it has a richer, stronger, fuller flavor, and is more consistent in quality. It is expensive, but not in comparison to the much-touted Godiva. The main reason that Godiva is so highly regarded in America is that they beat the other Belgian chocolates to the United States and established themselves as THE Belgian chocolate, to be used when you want to impress someone with your sophistication.
