Piedras de Espana, Spanish Stones, are the creation of Luis Echeto Jr. in the Canary Islands of Spain. Luis uses the king of almonds - the largueta to create his stones. Extra large, long and flat, they are then covered in sugar, coated with chocolate from Africa made with 42% cocoa butter, and dusted in cocoa powder. Bite through the luxurious melt-in your-mouth chocolate coating to get to the fresh, crunchy flavor of these superior Spanish almonds.
