Choclatique's Brite-White Chocolate 33% is made from cocoa butter (not vegetable shortenings), fresh creamery milk, Hawaiian cane sugar and real vanilla. It has no chocolate liquor (hence the white or creamy color). Some mistakenly say, "It is not chocolate at all" because it doesnt contain chocolate liquor, but it is primarily cocoa butterone of the two ingredients extracted from the cacao nibs. Our white chocolate has a snowy white color with fresh, clean, milk notes. It has a sweet yet subtle and chocolate flavor with a touch of vanilla... like no other white chocolate you've ever tasted. Because it does not contain any cocoa solids, one benefit of white chocolate is that it also does not contain any theobromine. It can safely be consumed by individuals who must avoid theobromine for medical or religious reasons. Theobromine is only found in the cocoa solids and other ingredients of chocolate that give it the characteristic brown color.
